  I took my pup here to get a simple procedure of cherry eye done. I was talked to like I didn't know anything and I didn't feel like they were even animal people. When I got him home hours later the cherry eye was back out. I know there's a chance of reoccurrence however every other vet clinic I spoke to said months to years later, not within 6 hours of procedure. Needless to say the poor boy had to go back a week later to repair again. Knowing other vets guarantee their work I didn't think I would be charged for this....but I was. So not only did I pay for this procedure twice, I also wasted my time driving all the way out there. I will NOT recommend them to ANY of my clients, friends, or family. Working in the animal industry myself, I know when I see bad practice, and this definitely was

  Love this place! Everything is explained as well as many options that are available. Willing to work with different options as far as what needs to be done now and what can wait, so you don't feel bankrupt walking out. Giving you time to budget for care needed. Always willing to talk about whatever questions you have or even forgot to ask. They try so hard to make you feel like part of the family as a whole, often double checking notes so that they can keep you and themselves on the same page. GOOD JOB!!

  WAC is the greatest place to bring the fur babies to when they are ill. I don't understand how anyone could have a bad experience with them .

  My husband and I had a family pet some years past. When our dog became very ill, and was going to have to be put down, they were very compassionate. I was in Edmonton on a seminar, when my husband called me to give me the bad news. I called and spoke with a staff member explaining to her that I wished to be with my dog. They waited for me to drive from Edmonton to the clinic, so I could spend some time with my dog. I recommend the wetaskiwin clinic to anyone. Now we have a new puppy, and she will be seeing the staff at this clinic for all her needs.

  Price is reasonable and the vets took very good care of my cat while getting her spayed as well as made sure I had all the information to make sure she had a good recovery.
