    Have used on three occasions. Upgraded will and had to return numerous times due to errors.

    Second occasion for out of province real estate transaction, took 90 days to find out it could not be done after I called to enquire twice and never did speak to the lawyer involved or receive the status from the firm?

    Pretty evident profitability and not customer service are the priority. Absolutely would not recommend!

    Final time was a local real estate transaction in which an incomplete set of documents were sent to be notarized. This resulted in there failure to complete the transaction on time to which I was charged a penalty.
