Got tires put on at this location which went well, but our weights fell off which threw our balance out of wack when we went on our road trip across canada so having to find a tire shop on our trip wasn't in my plans and I wasn't to impressed because the guy at Canadian tire said they should never fall off when they did ! Then having to pay for that to get done again on our trip, which we got a cheque in the mail because Canadian tire was going to cover us when they were the ones who messed up but of course they weren't willing to agree to the screw up so it was a bit of a fight. And no we didn't bother dealing with the wetaskiwin location about this situation because it would probably have been pointless. So we called the head Canadian tire. It was a run around and when you pay for a service you expect a little better service. They need to educate who they hire in that automotive department.

I paid for tire balancing but I did not get it. This is a very generic store. Avoid unless last resort.

I think the store has come a long ways, but they still have too many thefts and missing products. A lot of days there is no staff and only one or two tills are ever open. Most of the staff is engaging and friendly I think they receive better training. Too bad there are open packages and missing things a lot of times. Restocking empty shelves is also not a strong suit here.

Got skates sharpened for myself and my 3 boys and they didnt even do anything it seems. Absolutely terrible. Will never get skates sharpened there again. Very dissapointed.

Love the new shelves and gun cabinets. Staff needs more training in that area however.

Checkout service is slow, but the cashiers are generally friendly. Noneasy way out if your not purchasing anything, presumably to cut down theft.

Online "in stock" and actual stock does not match, they hardly ever have the nice things other stores seem to keep or get.
