  Kareem helped us find an awesome truck and was knowledgeable and very friendly! He worked hard to make sure we got what we needed. I usually hate going into dealerships, but Toyota City has a relaxed friendly environment. All the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful as well.

  I recently purchased my first new vehicle from Toyota City Wetaskiwin and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was informed and comfortable with my purchase. They even called after my purchase to see how I was enjoying my new vehicle and to answer any questions I had. I definitely recommend Toyota City to anyone looking for a new vehicle and would like to thank John W. (sales) and Bernice C. (financing) for all of their help!

  I did not even have an appointment and they got my car in and out of there within a few days. For all the repairs that were made, I believe I got an incredible deal and great quality work. Thank you Toyota City, I am back on the road! I will most definitely be recommending you!

  All the staff encountered at Toyota City were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The parts manager, Wendy Ashwell took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car ( and there were several things) and what needed to be done. Even though I know nothing about the mechanics of cars, she made it very easy to actually visualize what was needed. Top marks to her!
