  Finally found a salesman sitting at his desk after 20 minutes of looking at trucks. He had no knowledge about any of them and offered nothing for information. We had to prod him for info. One truck I was very interested in ( $40,000) was a very strong smell of smoke. Instead of offering to have it cleaned, he advised us on how to clean it. That really surprised us as we thought the dealer would clean up the vehicle. I know this Guy will never return !

  Bought two vehicles there when it was Pioneer Chrysler. I had no problems with them other than the service department not being out front with their opinion about the paint/body shop they sent me to with my brand new truck. The new staff under Legacy, especially the sales men are friendly (of course) and don't pressure you into a sale. Talking to Bruce it felt like he cared about selling me the right thing, not the thing that makes him the most money. +points

  Worst experience I have ever had. Sales manager made me an offer to fix a problem with a truck I ordered. He had no intention of doing it and now the dealership refuses to honor the offer made. Do not buy a vehicle here they are liars. After fighting with this dealership for over a year to finally have it resolved after multiple requests the dealer will not stop mailing me or calling me for service or to trade my truck in. Do not buy a vehicle from any legacy dealership you will regret it.

  5 minutes to 5:00pm on a long weekend and the service department stayed late to fix a punchered tire I had, couldn't have asked for better service. Big thanks to the team that helped out.
