  I cannot recommend Colin Karbonik enough. If you want to work with a down to earth guy to buy your vehicle, I suggest you make a trip to Denham Ford in Wetaskiwin.

  I was so excited to leave with my new truck yesterday when I realized half way home that I had left my garage door opener in the my trade in. Colin went WAY out of his way to drop this off at my work this morning, and even beat me to work! That's not a sales tactic, that's a good person tactic.

  There were no hawks surrounding the doors with the same haircuts and petticoats like you would expect. It was open, inviting, and everyone had a smile on their face, and not in a fake 'I need a sale' kind of way.

  Along comes Colin, whom I was already in contact with to look at my options. He was very kind and amiable in a human way, not a salesman kind of way which is KEY. He held no punches, and kept to his word without backtracking in any way, shape or form. He showed me all the vehicles I wanted to see, and worked his magic to make sure he could work the price the way I needed it.

  Our family has been buying vehicles from the Denham's since 1962 and we have never had any issues with any of the vehicles purchased. Service has always been excellent as the Denham's have always backed the products they sell. It's nice to have peace of mind knowing that you will be well taken care of when you deal with Denham Ford.

  Plates switched over, Colin helps me get my paperwork in order, and we head over to the parts desk for a side trip so my fiance could pay for some decals he had ordered on our last visit. I saw a hat on the shelf that I fell in love with, and Colin ended up going out of his way and purchasing it for me, as well as one for my fiance!

  I recently stopped into Denham Ford to make an appointment to have a water pump replaced, this was on a Friday afternoon. The Service Department staff at Denham did not hesitate to tell me that they could replace the pump immediately if I was able to wait. I readily agreed to this and was offered a loaner vehicle if needed.
