  For years I have been wanting an Explorer and we finally got to say Yes with the help from Darryle. It was such a fun and easy experience. We would definitely go back and buy vehicles in the future from him. :) absolutely loving our Explorer!

  I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Very bad sales experience, steer away from Brentridge/Denham dealership. A friend was shopping for an used Ford Escape, she found one at Brentridge. We went to look at it with a budget in mind, drove the vehicle, liked it, the salesman agrees to a price. He writes the price down, adds GST to it, and my friend initials the final price. Now that we were hooked on the vehicle and liked it, they started playing the game: the sales manager comes in the salesman office, says that he cannot sell it for that price, or he is losing money, trying to get a few hundred dollars more. We tried to explain that we agreed on the price already, he cannot go up now, they didn't budge. We took our business somewhere else. STAY AWAY!

  As my first time buying experience, it was awesome! Mark was super helpful and answered all my questions! I felt no pressure! I even received follow up emails making sure evening was going smooth. Can't thank Brentridge Ford enough for the great service and awesome car

  An all around great experience buying from them, the whole team especially my Salesman Darryle Simmers made us feel like family. Along with this they beat the price of other dealers while customizing my truck just how I wanted. I would recommend Brentridge Ford 10/10

  If looking for a vehicle I highly recommend talking to Mark W here. I live 3 hours away and was relying on what they were saying was true about the truck. When I got there the truck was exactly as they said and there was no surprises. Definitely will be coming back to deal with Mark again!!
