  Bought my GMC Sierra here June 2016. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. I recommend the trip to Wetaskiwin to all my friends!

  When shopping for another truck I encountered a very lack lustre sales person who couldn't provide an explanation about some issues I had raised. The truck I test drove still had replacement light boxes in the back seat & it seemed the truck had been repaired. I was not impressed . A very poor selection of used vehicles.

  I received a confusing e-mail from a GM dealership where I had leased a GM product not sold by Adams. telling me in a round about way that a service was necessary that would probably cost me substantial money.I phoned and spoke to Dean ,the service manager at Adams about the email ,who told me that his understanding was that what I was being told was not necessary.He went out of his way to find out and call me back He took the car in and performed an inspection just to say that it had been done and nothing else was needed so that I was covered when I turned the car in .His did not have to do anything and could have just brushed me off but as far as I am concerned he went above and beyond what I expected.This is what I call service , showing to me that he is an asset to his company and may have laid the ground work for a purchase of a vehicle in the spring LES YOUNG

  My SUV had egine light on and other several issue, I took it Adams Wetaskiwin to fix it, I already had diagnosis from other mehanic, I gave them all the codes and told about the issue have with car, I left my car with them for 3days to fix it, After I pick up my car from them within a week car started having same problems like before they fix, I again bring my car back to Adams to fix it and then I found their mechanic had not even looked after any of the codes and issues I told them, which I had from other mechanic, then Adams mechanic told me its going to be like 10hrs labour to fix it and it may be transmission,,,,, which I felt its just an excuses to Ignore me,,, I felt their mechanics are just idiots, they dont know what to do,,, I would never deal with them or not recommend to anyone
