    As promised, I receded my previous review. My only complaint is still the lack of stock/eyegrabbers for the impulse buyer such as myself....The only reason why 3 stars now instead of 1 is that reputation of these chains isn't really specialty electronics anymore its more bland simply because of competition and I get that, but still I miss the days of radioshack always had everything I needed without a doubt everytime... Regardless I got what I needed this time around. Great service and understanding. Seem like a bunch of cool cats I might add. 5/5 CS rating for sure :) The place does need stock like...badly :/

    We went in for a product that they didn't have in stock, and we found a similar item for a similar price. The sale had ended, however, and she simply removed the price tag and did not offer to honor the price listed. We drove to edmonton to buy the original item we were looking for.
